I believe that finding a therapist who you can trust and feel comfortable with is essential to cultivating change. I am easy to talk to and offer a relaxed, caring, and non judgmental environment where you can speak honestly and confidentially about any issues you may be having in your life. My role as a therapist is to help you both explore opportunities for growth and change and to look for barriers that might be getting in the way.

If you struggle with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, or stressful life events, therapy can be a place to find support and solutions. Therapy can also help you to change longstanding patterns of behavior, thoughts, and emotions that lead to problems like addiction, poor self esteem, and unhealthy choices in relationships.

I specialize in helping clients with relationship issues, self esteem struggles, depression, and anxiety. Additionally, I completed training with The Daring Way™, a methodology based on the work of Dr. Brené  Brown which helps individuals "explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead".
